Tim VanWingerden
Principal Broker
Tim started VanWingerden Real Estate Advisors with a vision to build a client-centric, relationship-driven sales firm with a no-nonsense approach to the investment services industry. He is actively leading and growing his team with a specific focus on advising private owners and developers of 10-200 units in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Prior to VWREA, Tim generated $185 million in sales volume at two of the nation's largest real estate investment sales firms, selling thousands of apartment units and development land.
Tim takes an active approach to every deal he works on and is personally involved with clients on valuation and strategy. He most enjoys navigating the sticking points of a deal and helping lead clients towards an agreement.

Liz Popp brings over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in every facet of the deal process. She comes from a national brokerage firm and has trained and supported numerous agents who have launched their career, including Tim.
